What they found

Subliminal primes change behaviour significantly — but only when they align with what the person is already motivated to do. When participants were thirsty, thirst-related primes increased drink consumption. When they weren't, the same primes did nothing.

Participants primed with trait words (e.g., courteous, patient, elderly) measurably changed their subsequent behaviour — walking slower, speaking more softly, waiting longer — in ways matching the primed concept. Effects persisted across the experimental session.

What that means for you

The words your brain absorbs change what it becomes next. Loop the right sentences, and the body moves toward them before the mind catches up.

Every nervous system has a narrow band it actually accepts belief in. Outside that band, your brain's filter treats input as either persuasion (too loud) or noise (too flat) — and the affirmations never reach the parts of you that would act on them. Timing

How long until you feel something?

Week 1

Not a substitute for therapy.

If you're working through trauma, grief, or clinical anxiety or depression, a licensed therapist is your first line. RealHz is a supplement, not a replacement.
