1. Who we are

RealHz (“we,” “our”) is the operator of realhz.com. Our registered address is Unit B, 11/F, Yam Tze Commercial Building, 23 Thomson Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. For privacy enquiries, email support@realhz.com.

2. What we collect

• Quiz answers — the affirmation voicings you picked. Used to calculate your Resonance Style.
• Email address and first name — collected at the quiz email gate. Used to send your result and, if you purchase, your receipt and audio delivery.
• Goal selection — the goals you choose on the quiz and order form.
• Order details — what you purchased, price paid, delivery preferences, optional custom name for the audio.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store a Stripe session ID and payment intent ID to reconcile orders.
• Usage data — pages visited, events (quiz started, question answered, reveal viewed), device type, IP address, referrer. Anonymized for analytics.

3. How we use it

• Deliver your Resonance Style result and custom audio
• Process orders and issue receipts
• Operate and improve the Site (aggregate analytics, funnel analysis)
• Honour refund or rebuild requests
• Respond to support enquiries
• If you opt in or within 24 hours of quiz completion, send a single follow-up about your discount expiry. You can unsubscribe with one click at any time.
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal bases (for users in the EEA / UK)

We process your data on the following legal bases: (a) contract — to fulfil your order; (b) consent — for the 24-hour reminder email and non-essential analytics cookies; (c) legitimate interests — for aggregate analytics, fraud prevention, and communicating with customers about their orders.

5. Who we share data with

We share the minimum necessary data with the following service providers. Each is bound by its own privacy practices:

• Stripe — payment processing (email, order details, card data handled directly by Stripe)
• Brevo — transactional email delivery (email, name, order details, audio download links)
• Supabase — hosted Postgres for quiz sessions, orders, and email events
• Cloudflare R2 — storage for delivered audio files
• Vercel — hosting and basic site analytics
• PostHog — product analytics (event-based, no PII in events beyond your session ID and hashed email)
• TikTok Events API & Google Analytics — ad attribution (hashed email, event ID, value). Disable by blocking pixels in your browser.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, analytics, and advertising attribution. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser. Doing so will not affect your ability to buy or receive audio.

7. Data retention

• Quiz sessions and order records — retained indefinitely to honour lifetime re-downloads via your reveal URL. You can request deletion at any time.
• Delivered audio files — retained indefinitely in storage so you can re-download.
• Email delivery logs — retained up to 24 months for support and deliverability troubleshooting.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, object to, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, email support@realhz.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.

9. International transfers

Our service providers are based in the United States, the European Union, and Hong Kong. Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

10. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we’ll delete it.

11. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS for all transport, encrypted data at rest, secret-gated admin access, and principle-of-least-privilege for all service providers. No method of transmission is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we treat it as a first-class concern.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be emailed to active customers. The date above shows the current version.
