Terms of Service

1. Welcome

These terms govern your use of RealHz at realhz.com (the “Site”) and any custom subliminal audio products (“Products”) you purchase from us. By taking the quiz, placing an order, or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the Site.

2. What we sell

RealHz sells custom-produced subliminal audio tracks tuned to one of four Resonance Styles determined by the Site’s quiz. Each delivered track is personalized to the customer with name, order details, and cover art embedded in the file metadata. Digital delivery by email and secure download link.

On what “custom” means: each RealHz audio is custom-produced for one of the four Resonance Styles, tuned to your Style, and personalized with your name and order details on delivery. The name-insertion upsell presently includes personalization on the file, cover art, metadata, and lock-screen display. In-audio name recording is a v1.1 feature; if your order included name-insertion and you would prefer an in-audio version when it launches, we will rebuild your track at no charge under our 30-day rebuild guarantee.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase. The Site is not directed at children under 13.

4. Orders & payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. All orders are final unless a refund is granted under our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

Custom audio is delivered by email within 48 hours of payment (24 hours if you selected Express Delivery). If a delivery email doesn’t arrive by that window, check your spam folder or email us at support@realhz.com.

6. 30-day rebuild or refund guarantee

If your audio doesn’t feel right, we’ll rebuild it once at no charge. If the rebuild still isn’t landing, we’ll refund your order in full within 30 days of purchase. See Refund Policy for how to request.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, the four Resonance Style audio masters, the style artwork, the guides, and all copy are owned by RealHz. On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download, listen to, and back up the audio for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence, or repackage any of our content.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose
• Share or resell downloaded audio files
• Circumvent the quiz or purchase flow to obtain audio without payment
• Upload or input malicious content, or interfere with the Site’s operation

9. Disclaimer

Subliminal audio is a wellness tool, not a medical treatment. RealHz Products are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. Results vary. Your experience is individual.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealHz’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site or a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown above. Material changes affecting paid orders already placed will be communicated by email.
