Refund Policy

The 30-day rebuild-or-refund guarantee

If your RealHz audio doesn’t feel like home, we fix it. Your custom audio comes with a 30-day guarantee covering both a free rebuild and a full refund, in that order.

How it works

1. Rebuild (first). Email support@realhz.com within 30 days of purchase, tell us what isn’t landing (too soft, too slow, wrong vocabulary, etc.), and we’ll re-produce your audio at no charge.
2. Refund (if the rebuild still isn’t right). If the rebuilt version also doesn’t land, we refund the full order amount to your original payment method — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@realhz.com with:

• Your order number (formatted like RHZ-08234)
• The email you used at checkout
• One sentence on what isn’t working. Optional but helpful — tells us how to tune a rebuild if you want one.

We answer within one business day. Refunds process through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Timeframe

Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, we’ll still happily swap your audio for a rebuild as a courtesy if something feels off — but refund requests outside the window are handled case-by-case.

When a refund isn’t granted

We can’t process a refund in these cases:

• Chargebacks already filed. If you filed a chargeback with your card issuer, Stripe handles that flow directly and we can’t additionally refund on our end.
• Redistribution or resale of our audio. Downloading and sharing files outside your personal use voids your licence and disqualifies the refund.
• Repeat refund pattern. We’re generous on one order; we reserve the right to decline new orders from accounts with a history of refund requests.

Partial orders and upsells

Refunds cover the full order amount — base audio plus any upsells (24h Express, name personalization). Because all items are delivered together as part of one custom product, we don’t issue partial refunds.

After a refund

Your download links expire at the time of refund. You’re asked to delete any copies of the audio you downloaded. Your quiz result and reveal page remain accessible if you ever want to come back.
